Open staircases lead to second-story walkways that look down on the open living area, featuring a home theater system, and a dining area seating up to 16. A modern, well-equipped kitchen serves either indoor or outdoor dining spaces. Surrounded by garden walls and lush landscaping that includes the island’s oldest buttonwood tree, the outdoor amenities are designed around the blue oceanfront.
