Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve is an Unesco World Heritage site, and protects wetlands, archeological sites, numerous bird and mammal species as well as endangered sea turtles.

The recently constructed villa was designed by De Ytrube architects and is contemporary in style. It is nestled on five acres of lush vegetation and provides a stunning 300 feet of beach and an additional 300 feet of lagoon frontage. The lagoon leads directly to ancient Mayan canals. A double infinity edged pool is located on the rooftop and features fiber optic lighting. Views are panoramic from the hardwood decking surrounding the pool.
